Coach Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy – Private Lessons (Eau Claire, Wisconsin)
Reservation Deposit
A $500 deposit is required to reserve private training dates and times with Coach Kyle Stelter in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of training.
Because appointments are reserved exclusively for each athlete, cancellations and rescheduling can result in lost coaching opportunities and prevent other athletes from scheduling those times.
Athlete Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- 14 or more days before training: Athletes may reschedule without penalty. The full $500 deposit will transfer to the rescheduled appointment.
- 7–13 days before training: A $250 rescheduling fee applies. The remaining $250 will transfer toward the rescheduled appointment.
- Less than 7 days before training: The full $500 deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to reserve another appointment.
- No-show: Failure to attend a scheduled training appointment without prior notice results in forfeiture of the full $500 deposit.
Complete Cancellation: If an athlete elects to cancel their reservation entirely rather than reschedule, the $500 deposit is nonrefundable, regardless of advance notice, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
For reservations involving multiple training sessions or days, the cancellation window is calculated from the first scheduled training appointment.
Coach Cancellation Policy
In the event Coach Stelter is unable to provide a scheduled private lesson due to illness, injury, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, the athlete may choose to:
- Receive a full refund of payments made toward the canceled, undelivered training.
- Reschedule the private lesson at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Coach Stelter is not responsible for travel-related expenses incurred by the athlete or family, including airfare, lodging, rental vehicles, meals, or other incidental expenses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
For circumstances outside STU’s reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government orders, facility closures, or significant travel disruptions, STU will work with affected athletes to determine appropriate rescheduling or refund arrangements, subject to applicable law.
Athletes traveling from outside the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance that provides coverage for cancellations, delays, or interruptions.
Exceptional Circumstances
STU understands that unexpected situations arise. Requests for exceptions will be evaluated individually, and STU may waive or modify fees when appropriate.
