Coach Cancellation Policy – Private Lessons (Eau Claire, Wisconsin)

In the event that the coach is unable to provide a scheduled private lesson due to illness, injury, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, the client shall be entitled to one of the following options, at the client’s election:

• A full refund of all coaching fees paid, or

• Rescheduling of the private lesson at no additional cost, subject to availability

The coach shall not be responsible for any travel-related expenses incurred by the client, including but not limited to airfare, lodging, rental vehicles, or meals.

The coach shall not be deemed in breach of this agreement for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond the coach’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, government orders, facility closures, power outages, or travel disruptions. In such cases, the client shall be entitled to the same refund or rescheduling options outlined above.

Clients traveling from outside the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area for private lessons are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance that provides coverage for cancellations, delays, or interruptions due to injury, illness, or other unforeseen events.
